Nikki Beasley

Executive Director

Ms. Beasley serves as the principal administrator of the corporation and in this capacity in a manner that remains true to the values considers the interests of the residents, partners and the communities that we serve.



Javier Hernandez

Program Manager

Javier Hernandez is the program manager for NHS since April 2015. As a Program Manager Mr. Hernandez serves as the principal administrator of the corporation and in this capacity in a manner that remains true to the values considers the interests of the residents, partners and the communities that we serve. He is responsible for developing and managing programs that fulfill the objectives identified to improve the quality of life for low and moderate income renters and homeowners by increasing financial literacy and providing affordable rental opportunities, reduce the number of homeless and inadequately housed veterans and increase homeownership opportunities for low and moderate income families.

Javier joined NHS on August 2008 as program assistant. His dedication and experience in the real estate industry along with the Housing Counseling certifications, created in him stronger skills sets to negotiate successfully with mortgage lenders and servicers, on behalf of the homeowners in distress to loose their homes in foreclosure. Mr. Hernandez also has been planning, organize and conduct homebuyer & foreclosure info workshops, classes & training for our community in English as well Spanish for the last 7 years working for NHS.

Prior to joining NHS, Javier worked for a Title Insurance company as assistant of the Division Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Navigator Engineer, NCHEC Certification on Homeownership Counseling, Foreclosure Intervention and Default Counseling as well Pre and Post Purchase Homeownership Education, CompTIA A+ and Network+ Certification.



Cymone Goree

Program Assistant

Cymone is the first voice and face when our clients call or walks in at NHS office. She is the person who provides administrative, operations, procedural and policy support services to program staff and Board of Directors.

Cymone participates in and perform in diverse administrative areas ranging from property management, program administration, and most importantly customer service.
