Take the first step towards homeownership and financial empowerment. East Bay NHS is pleased to offer our certified E-learning Pre-Purchase Education Program for families looking to own a home.

Before enrolling in our E-learning program, applicants must download a first-time homebuyers application. Click here for application .

Please fill out the application, sign it and mail it to our main office. Once your application is processed, we will schedule your initial one-on-one counseling session with a certified personal counselor, and get you started with the E-learning Pre-Purchase Education Program.

East Bay NHS provides a  financial discount up to $35 off the course fee, when signing up for this service. After your registration activate your discount.

Once you have completed the online course, you will have access to many East Bay NHS offers, such as low-interest loans, special government grants, priority status with the NHS Lease-to-Own program, and most importantly, a personal counselor to guide you every step of the way.
